Refund Policy

At Marissa's Massage Therapy, we are committed to providing high-quality treatments and excellent customer service.

• Payment for services is non-refundable once a treatment has been provided.

• £15 deposit is taken when service is booked as protection for  businesses refund and no show policy 

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice the £15 deposit will not be returned 

• or missed appointments may be charged the full treatment fee.

• If we need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payment made.

• Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used before their expiry date (where applicable and permitted by law).

• If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and work towards a fair resolution.
