By booking and receiving massage therapy services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointments and Bookings

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and discuss your treatment.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time while the full appointment fee remains payable.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.

  • Clients who fail to attend an appointment without prior notice ("no-show") may be charged the full appointment fee.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require payment in advance for future bookings.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept approved payment methods as displayed at the business.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Health Information

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information before each treatment.

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, medications, or changes in your health.

  • Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the safety and effectiveness of your treatment.

  • 5. Contraindications

  • Massage therapy may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment where it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

  • 6. Scope of Practice

  • Massage therapy is intended to promote relaxation, improve general wellbeing, and help relieve muscular tension.

  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

  • Therapists do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or perform spinal or joint manipulation unless appropriately qualified and legally permitted.

  • 7. Client Consent

  • By attending your appointment, you provide informed consent to receive massage therapy.

  • You may ask questions or withdraw your consent at any time before or during the treatment.

  • You may request that pressure be adjusted or that any treatment technique be stopped at any time.

  • 8. Professional Boundaries

  • Massage therapy is strictly professional.

  • Any inappropriate, abusive, sexually suggestive, or disrespectful behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session.

  • Full payment will still be required for appointments terminated due to inappropriate conduct, and future bookings may be refused.

  • 9. Personal Belongings

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The business accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

  • 10. Confidentiality

  • All personal and health information will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information will only be disclosed where required by law or with your consent.

  • 11. Liability

  • While every reasonable care is taken to provide safe and professional treatments, massage therapy carries inherent risks, including temporary soreness or discomfort. By receiving treatment, clients acknowledge these risks and agree that the business and its therapists shall not be liable for injuries or adverse reactions except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  • 12. Gift Vouchers (If Applicable)

  • 14. Right to Refuse Service

  • The business reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it believes treatment would be unsafe, inappropriate, or where these terms and conditions have not been followed.
